Valfaex — Marketplace B2B Industrielle

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Valfaex platform, a B2B marketplace dedicated to professional industrial equipment.

Article 2 — Platform Access

Access to the platform is reserved for professionals (companies, tradespeople, self-employed). Registration is free. Users agree to provide accurate information upon registration.

Article 3 — Account Creation

Each user creates a unique account and is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any fraudulent access must be reported immediately.

Article 4 — Listing Publication

Published listings must be truthful, complete, and compliant with applicable law. Prohibited: listings of illegal, counterfeit or dangerous products; listings by private individuals (strictly professional use).

Article 5 — Liability

Valfaex is a technical intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions concluded between users. The platform's role, the obligation to conduct transactions through it, and the applicable liability limitations are detailed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Terms of Sale.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

All platform content (logo, design, texts) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 7 — Changes to Terms

Valfaex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any material changes.

Article 8 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
